In this series of trash adhered to paintings of local areas, I bring attention to the ever-increasing problem of litter across the landscape.
To create each painting, I ventured into local parks and public recreation areas in search of carelessly discarded trash that littered the forest floor, which I gathered and incorporated into my paintings. By incorporating the trash I found at each area, I raise awareness about the environmental harm being caused by the irresponsible choices of park visitors.
